Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 cabbage
  • 4 pork cutlets in suet
  • Chili pepper powdered
  • Local extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt

 

Instructions

Peel and wash the cabbage, then put it to boil in abundant water lightly salted into a clay pot; after about an hour add pork cutlets, oil and pepper and leave everything cooking together for about 20 minutes at least.

Serve the dish piping hot, possibly accompanied by some local bread slices lightly toasted.
