  • Mutton
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Chili pepper
  • Various spices
  • Salt

Instructions

Boil the meat of a sheep for about half day in a large bowl, on a low flame.

During the cooking add celery, carrots, potatoes, onion and various spices; these ingredients will melt together forming a very tasty sauce.
