Ring-shaped biscuits glazed

Ingredients

  • 1000 grams of flour
  • 9-10 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of lard
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

Beat eggs and add to flour and lard.

Knead the dough for long time to get an homogeneous and compact mixture.

Then make the biscuits and put them into water to boil until they float back up to the surface; then remove from water and leave them dry before baking at a temperature of 200 degrees for about one hour.

Glaze

  • Egg white (about 10)
  • Enough sugar

Once finished cooking, biscuits have to be dip into a mixture of sugar and egg white glazed together; then biscuits have to be let them dry stacked in a stick.
