Spaghetti with codfish and onion

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 350 grams of spaghetti
  • 200 gramns of codfish already sponged, carefully washed and boiled
  • 1 onion
  • Local extra-virgin olive oil
  • Enough salt

 

Instructions

Fry the onion in the oil; add the codfish previously sponged, washed and boiled. Then add spaghetti to the seasoning and mix together.

This dish is prepared traditionally for Christmas Eve.
