Ingredients
InstructionsIn the past it was used to cook the mush in a copper cauldron, to give an uniform cooking; moreover to mix the compound it was used a stick or a wooden spoon. The mixture needs to cook for at least one hour and it should be mixed always in the same direction. To season the mush it’s possible to use a tomato sauce with local pork sausage, or a brown of chili pepper powdered into local extra-virgin olive oil. |
